At Bailey-Foristell, relationships matter. We understand the importance of protecting the trust you have built with your clients, and we are committed to supporting that relationship with professional, transparent property management services.

As property management specialists serving the Tulsa metro area since 1930, we focus exclusively on management. We do not compete for sales listings, and when your client is ready to sell, they remain your client. Our role is to maintain the property, provide reliable oversight, and ensure a smooth transition back to you when the time comes.

Working With Outside Licensees

Bailey-Foristell does not operate a formal referral program. However, we do co-broker 20% of the first month’s rent on new leases procured by outside Oklahoma licensees.

This is a one-time payment for newly executed leases and applies when the lease is secured by a licensed outside agent. It provides immediate compensation while your client receives experienced, full-service property management.
