By listing in our local MLS, your properties will also be updated to multiple major real estate marketing websites to ensure that your property is as visible as possible to minimize vacancy and maximize returns.

TENANT SCREENING

Through a combination of RentVine’s screening tools and public records, our team members perform a comprehensive qualification process to all applications to place qualified, reliable tenants and manage the leasing process from move-in through ongoing support.

RENT COLLECTION

Our systems and procedures establish tools for timely rent collection and professional lease enforcement to protect your cash flow. We believe that paying rent should be as easy as possible so we offer a variety of payment options both online via tenant portal or with physical payments at our office.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is key for protecting your property’s condition and value. At Bailey-Foristell our leasing process includes a move-in inspection from your tenant, at least one inspection per year by a Bailey-Foristell team member and move-out inspections with a team member. As a part of our service to our owners, we provide a copy of every invoice paid for work performed at your property with your monthly statement.

FINANCIALS

Our secure Owner Portal provides detailed financial reporting so have a clear understanding of your investments with regularity. As mentioned above, as part of the financial packets we provide for our investors, Bailey-Foristell provides a copy of the invoice for any work performed.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly.
