Established in 1930, Bailey-Foristell, Inc. has proudly served the Tulsa metro area for nearly a century. Throughout its 96-year history, leadership has remained within just two families, with the current ownership taking the helm in 2010 as the fourth owners.

Our mission is simple: to provide Tulsa-area residential property investors with straightforward, dependable property management, leasing, sales, and consulting services designed to help them achieve their investment goals. Every aspect of our work is handled by Tulsa-based team members, and we partner exclusively with applicably licensed and insured local contractors to ensure quality and accountability.
